Where does your meat and seafood come from?

We source our meat exclusively from American farmers who maintain the strictest quality standards. That means no added hormones, antibiotics, ever. Likewise, our seafood is MSC- and ASC-certified.

What will I get in each box?

You'll get quality American meat and seafood cuts selected by you. We're talking juicy ribeye steaks, delicious Angus beef or wild-caught sockeye salmon, as well as limited-time specials. Click here to see what's currently on the menu.

What if I can't get to my box right away? Will my cuts stay fresh?

Our meat and seafood cuts are flash-frozen for freshness and sealed with dry ice inside an insulated box to keep your order safe and cold, even if you can't get to your delivery right away.
